Terms of Service

Last updated: August 31, 2026

This is the agreement between you and Zawo LLC, formerly named TalentLink LLC (the same company, renamed with the State of Utah on May 11, 2026), which operates Elderly. It is written to be read, not to be skipped. By creating an account you accept it.

What Elderly does

Elderly places friendly phone calls to an older adult you name, on a schedule you choose, and sends you a short written note after each call. The calls are held by an artificial voice, not by a person.

Elderly is not a medical service and not an emergency service. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any condition. It cannot call 911, and no one is watching the calls in real time. If someone may be in danger, call emergency services yourself.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and live in the United States. You may only sign up an older adult if you have a genuine family or caregiving relationship with them, and you must be able to tell them honestly that these calls are coming.

The permission that matters most

Before we keep recordings of anyone, the first call asks the older adult, out loud, whether they are alright with being called and recorded and with a note going to their family. If they say no, the account stops there. You may not use Elderly to call someone who has refused, or to call someone under a false pretense.

Many states require every party to a recorded call to consent. That is why we ask. Do not ask us to work around it.

Your account

What you may not do

If you do any of this, we may close the account immediately.

Paying for it

What we promise, and what we do not

We will make an honest, continuing effort to place every scheduled call and deliver every note. We will tell you when something breaks.

We cannot promise that every call connects. Phones go unanswered, numbers change, carriers drop calls, and voices are sometimes misheard. The written notes are generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. Read them as a starting point for your own conversation, never as a substitute for talking to the person yourself, and never as a medical or clinical assessment.

The service is provided as it is, without warranties beyond what the law requires of us.

If something goes wrong

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

Your content

The recordings, transcripts, and notes belong to your family, not to us. You give us permission to store and process them only in order to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use them to train general-purpose AI models.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time from the portal, and ask us to delete the data with it. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we are required to close, or that we can no longer serve. If we close your account without your having broken anything, we refund the unused portion.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Elderly after that means you accept the new version.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing anything, email us; almost everything gets resolved that way.
